I always wondered why in a community as vast as that of the blog, there were no professional tools to facilitate the task of those who every day put the keyboard to write something (we are talking about 20 million of potential " customers "if not more).
Eppure verso la fine degli anni '70 i primissimi "ricconi" dei computer furono quelli che seppero programmare gli editor di testo.
Eppoi diciamoci la verità: gli editor di testo via browser fanno veramente pena. Basta un niente ed il post va a farsi friggere. Per non parlare del tempo che si impiega per inserire correttamente un'immagine o talvolta anche un link.
E così scende in campo la Microsoft con un prodotto nuovo: il Windows Live Writer ( lo potete scaricare da qui ) .
I dettagli del travagliato parto non li conosco con esattezza: so che nelle versioni beta di Office 2007 venne inserito un plug-in apposito per postare su un blog. Successivamente il plug-in venne made available for earlier versions of Office.

Da oggi inizia un nuovo modo di bloggare (sempre che ora premendo INVIO questo post venga effettivamente pubblicato sul mio blog in modo corretto).
Per la cronaca questo post è stato scritto con il programma suddetto. Installarlo è molto semplice soprattutto se il vostro blog è ospitato su una piattaforma come Blogger, Wordpress o Windows Live: in ogni caso credo che inserendo i giusti parametri anche chi blogga via Cannocchiale potrà usufruirne.

NOTA: un programmino del genere è anche un po' una rivincita dei "programmi classici" nei confronti INTERNET. Years ago, Microsoft's very survival was questioned by the great opportunities that the browser and the network could offer.
