Ma che bel fine settimana in quel di Trieste.

A parte la città, che adoro... quasi quasi mi ci trasferisco (qualcuno mi trova un lavoro?).

Ho passato un fine settimana meraviglioso , passando tra venerdì e domenica in 3 contesti formativi completamente diversi, ma dal quale ho "respirato", in ognuno dei tre, grande voglia di apprendere.

Oggi ti parlo di domenica 3 ottobre, una giornata completamente passata insieme ai parrucchieri del Consorzio Parrucchieri di Trieste e dell'Anam Trieste.

Avevo in aula una ventina, tra acconciatori giovani e vecchi.

Quasi tutti imprenditori , con la sola eccezione di Giannina , una dipendente, cui mando un bacione per la simpatia e l'attenzione che mi ha dimostrato.

Attenzione e partecipazione che c'è stata dal primo all'ultimo dei partecipanti .

Tutti ansiosi di imparare cose nuove, tutti felici di migliorare la their communication .

Una recente norma del ministro dell’istruzione fissa un tetto massimo di alunni stranieri al 30% nelle classi. Non importa se sono nati o no in Italia, da quanto tempo vi abitino i loro genitori, non importa se sono italofoni o meno: il problema è la nazionalità della loro famiglia.

"Una scuola Italiana" si snoda a Roma, all’interno della Carlo Pisacane, una "scuola/scandalo", perché gli alunni di origine straniera arrivano a superare l’80%. Scuola per questo definita ghetto dalla stampa e dalla politica nazionale.

La riflessione pedagogica di chi ci lavora, il disarmante calore che vi si respira all’interno, ma soprattutto gli sguardi e l’amicizia dei bambini che la frequentano, la collocano invece immediatamente dentro la migliore tradizione pedagogica italiana lasciandoci solo una domanda: fino a quando vorremmo considerare questi bambini stranieri?

La scuola Carlo Pisacane ha dato scandalo per la sua alta incidenza di alunni stranieri ed è diventata il simbolo del conflitto sociale che si va via via intensificando nel quartiere di Tor Pignattara/Marranella a Roma. Un quartiere in trasformazione per l’accrescersi e l’espandersi delle comunità straniere sul territorio. La scuola Pisacane, con le associazioni impegnate al suo interno, è stata per anni simbolo dell’integrazione tra le diverse comunità, attivando felici occasioni di incontro e di scambio e percorsi di reciproca conoscenza. Da qualche anno però i valori sembrano essersi rovesciati, quello che prima appariva come auspicabile è diventato qualcosa da nascondere, rifuggire se non perseguire con politiche mirate.
