Dialogo o barricate? E’ chiaro,oramai, che il Senato è divenuto il bivacco dei manipoli di Romano Prodi. La minoranza è umiliata contro il dettato del regolamento e la prassi parlamentare. La risposta alla domanda è una sola: barricate, fino al ripristino del gisto funzionamento di metà del parlamento, fino ad ora letteralmente seized by the procedural quirks of its chairman.
